Open Source Software Notice Eneryield IntelliView®
The Open Source Software Notice for the current major release of Eneryield IntelliView lists the open-source components incorporated in the product distribution, grouped by license type, together with the applicable license terms. The document also identifies commercial third-party components used under separate commercial license agreements.
The Notice is updated with each major release of the product. A complete machine-resolvable component list with version numbers and transitive dependencies is included in the product distribution and is available to customers on request.
Compliance
All open-source components are used in accordance with their respective license terms. No component triggers any obligation that would require Eneryield to make its proprietary software available under an open-source license.
