A Middle East utility operates one of the largest and fastest-growing grids in the region, in one of the world’s harshest environments for electrical assets. The goal: catch developing faults before they become interruptions — at utility scale, from day one.
Live fault analytics across 37 bays
Eneryield IntelliView® was commissioned with our digitalization partner across three substations and 37 bays, at 33 kV and 69/13.8 kV levels. High-resolution measurement streams feed the analytics continuously, and every warning arrives with predicted cause and likely source.
The results so far
The deployment went live in March 2026 — and within months:
- Five faults predicted in advance, caught before the breaker opened
- Warnings up to two weeks ahead
- Coverage across all 37 monitored bays, day and night
Why it matters for fast-growing grids
This is what the start of a deployment looks like: results within the first months, on a live utility network, delivered together with a hardware partner. It is also proof that the platform travels — from Nordic distribution feeders to transmission-and-distribution scale in the Gulf region.
