Who we are

Eneryield AB ("Eneryield", "we") is a Swedish company with its registered office at Gamla Almedalsvägen 39, 412 63 Göteborg, Sweden. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at contact@eneryield.com.

What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you actively give it to us:

• Contact and demo requests — name, work email, company, and the content of your message.
• Job applications — the information you choose to include in your application.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies unless you accept them. When you first visit, a banner asks for your choice; until you accept, no analytics scripts are loaded and nothing is stored on your device beyond what the site needs to function.

If you accept, we load Google Analytics 4 andGoogle Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited), which set cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to measure how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location and device type. Google's advertising features are active in our property, so Google may also use this data for audience and advertising purposes. Data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Google's standard contractual clauses. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time viaCookie settingsin the footer. Declining removes any analytics cookies already set.

Why we process it

We use your details solely to respond to your inquiry, arrange demos and meetings, evaluate applications, and maintain our business relationship with you or your employer (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or steps prior to entering a contract, Art. 6(1)(b)).

How long we keep it

Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting business relationship. Application data is deleted after the recruitment process unless you agree otherwise.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers that operate this website, our email and our customer relationship management — under data processing agreements — and only as required to deliver those services. Contact-form submissions are delivered to us by our hosting provider and recorded in our CRM (HubSpot, EU hosting) so that we can follow up on your inquiry.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Emailcontact@eneryield.com to exercise any of these rights.
