Eneryield AB ("Eneryield", "we") is a Swedish company with its registered office at Gamla Almedalsvägen 39, 412 63 Göteborg, Sweden. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at contact@eneryield.com.

What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you actively give it to us:

• Contact and demo requests — name, work email, company, and the content of your message.
• Job applications — the information you choose to include in your application.

This website does not use advertising trackers. Any analytics we use are privacy-preserving and aggregated.

Why we process it

We use your details solely to respond to your inquiry, arrange demos and meetings, evaluate applications, and maintain our business relationship with you or your employer (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or steps prior to entering a contract, Art. 6(1)(b)).

How long we keep it

Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting business relationship. Application data is deleted after the recruitment process unless you agree otherwise.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers that operate this website and our email — under data processing agreements — and only as required to deliver those services.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Emailcontact@eneryield.com to exercise any of these rights.
