Who we are

Eneryield AB ("Eneryield", "we") is a Swedish company with its registered office at Gamla Almedalsvägen 39, 412 63 Göteborg, Sweden. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at contact@eneryield.com.

What data we collect

We collect personal data when you give it to us, and through the analytics described under Cookies and analytics below:

  • Contact and demo requests — name, work email, company, and the content of your message.
  • Job applications — the information you choose to include in your application.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics, only with your consent. Until you accept cookies, nothing from Google is loaded. If you accept, we loadGoogle Analytics 4 andGoogle Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited), which set cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that recognise your browser across visits, to measure how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location and device type. Your consent covers analytics only: advertising storage and ad personalisation stay switched off. Data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Google's standard contractual clauses. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time viain the footer. Declining removes any Google Analytics cookies already set.

Why we process it

We use your details solely to respond to your inquiry, arrange demos and meetings, evaluate applications, and maintain our business relationship with you or your employer (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or steps prior to entering a contract, Art. 6(1)(b)).

How long we keep it

Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting business relationship. Application data is deleted after the recruitment process unless you agree otherwise.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers that operate this website, our email and our customer relationship management — under data processing agreements — and only as required to deliver those services. Contact-form submissions are delivered to us by our hosting provider and recorded in our CRM (HubSpot, EU hosting) so that we can follow up on your inquiry.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Emailcontact@eneryield.com to exercise any of these rights.
